Pipeline view

  1. On the left menu, click on “Pipeline” to open the pipeline view

  2. Drag and drop project boxes to place them in the column they belong to

  3. Here, the progress bar can also be seen.

Create a new project

  1. On the left menu, click on projects to open the gridline view
  2. On the top bar, press “Create new project”
  3. The “Edit” dialog box appears
  4. Click on the drop-down bar to select your product
  5. Click on “Update” to finish the process

Edit a project

  1. Find in the list the product you want to edit
  2. On the right side of the page, under the column “Links”, press the Edit button
  3. You will be redirected to the Product Page
  4. To see how to Edit:
    • the sections go here,
    • the info cards go here,
    • add a new info card go here

Delete a project

  1. Find in the list the product you want to delete
  2. In the right side of the page, under the column “Links”, press the Delete button

Share a project

  1. Find in the list the product you want to share
  2. On the right side of the page, under the column “Links”, press the Invite people to this project button
  3. The “Invite persons to this project” dialog box appears
  4. Insert here the email of the people you want to invite OR select an existing user from the drop-down list
  5. Click on “Invite” to finish the process

Create reports for a project

  1. Find in the list the product you want to create a report for
  2. On the right side of the page, under the column “Links”, press:
    • “Export to Google Spreadsheet” button if you want to create a report in Google Drive
    • “Download PDF file”, if you want a PDF report
